Our institute was visited by the rector of Karabuk University of Turkey.

As you know, during the business trip of the rector of our institute to Turkey on May 26-27 a cooperation agreement was signed with Karabuk University of Turkey. In order to discuss the prospects for cooperation under this agreement, to strengthen relations in new directions, Rector of Karabuk University Refik Polat and Vice Rector for Academic Affairs Joskun Mujahit and Head of International Cooperation Department of the University Olanan Oya came to visit our Institute. The guests were welcomed by representatives of the management headed by the rector of the institute.

In the course of the visit the guests got acquainted with the material and technical base of the Institute, the conditions created for the students, the innovative laboratory facilities. After that, in the conference hall of the Faculty of Automobile Engineering there were held negotiations with the participation of officials. During the negotiations they discussed issues of expanding cooperation in a number of areas, such as the implementation of international projects, such as automotive engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics.

As you know, currently 5 of our students and 2 professors are studying at Carabuk University as part of scientific internship and student exchange programs. At today's meeting it was said that within the framework of the exchange will increase the number of students and professors, and Karabuk will provide free dormitory for a 3-month internship at Karabuk University. An agreement was reached to cooperate in the development of a new car design in the automotive field.
