December 5 this year at the Andijan Machine-building Institute in the conference hall of the main building of the Institute in connection with the celebrated December 5 - "International Volunteer Day" was the opening ceremony of the "Volunteer Center". The meeting was attended by the rector and students, as well as those in charge of youth affairs at the Institute. First, Umid Turdialiev conducted an open conversation with students and spoke about international and local experience in volunteer activities. It was also emphasized that under the motto of this center "For Human Dignity," supporting young people with reforms to benefit our people, doing good and helping people is one of the noble deeds.
After that, Shukhrat Nomondzhanov, coordinator of the "Volunteer Center" of the Andijan Machine-building Institute, spoke and gave full information about volunteering. After that, issues related to the activities of the Volunteer Center of the Institute were discussed among the participants. It was also noted that there will be a contest for the name and logo of the center. At the end of the ceremony, the Volunteer Center was solemnly declared open.
