II Forum of French-Uzbek Universities: International relations of our institute are expanding
On November 28-30 this year, the second forum of Uzbek-French universities is held in Paris, the French capital. Under the leadership of the Minister of Higher and Secondary Special Education Abdukadir Tashkulov, rectors of 20 universities of our country came to Paris to participate in the forum.
Umid Turdialiyev, rector of the Andijon Institute of Mechanical Engineering, was present at the forum. During the forum, the signing of memoranda of understanding with one of the major international educational institutions of France was discussed at our institute.
During the forum, the rector of the institute, Umid Turdialiev, concludes a number of agreements with foreign universities. These include Thomas Beatrice Toal, European and international vice president of the University of West Britain, Alice David, president of the University of Rennes, and Karin Chacchi, coordinator of the Fites and Latin America program at the National Institute of Applied Sciences of Toulouse, and head of the department of international cooperation at the French University of Comte. Our rector also had conversations with Mr. Morin Bertleau, a politician and expert in European and international relations, Francophone (French-speaking) and international cooperation. Agreements were also reached on plans for the future, i.e., exchanges of students and professors, cooperation in academic fields, and the opening of joint educational programs in the future.
