On November 24 this year, Ravshan Nasimov, head of the State Tax Department of Andijan region held an open conversation with the students of the 3rd-4th grades of Economic faculty of Andijan Machine-building Institute.
First, the Rector of the Institute Umid Turdialiev introduced to the students the Head of Department. At the beginning of the conversation Ravshan Nasimov, conducting a short life conversation with students, told about his experience, the path to management, the aspects necessary to become a mature specialist, as well as the reforms carried out in the tax system.
After that, the head of department proceeded to communicate with students and answer their questions. It was also noted that together with the Institute and the State Tax Department for students will be organized practical training.
The head of the Human Resources Department of the State Tax Departmentof the Andijan region also took part in the open dialogue, who gave the students information about vacancies, employment issues currently in the administration.
