In connection with the implementation of the decision of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated March 22, 2017 "On measures to implement the project "Strengthening the material and technical base of higher educational institutions with the participation of the International Development Association"" PQ-2848 the Ministry of Secondary Special Education is implementing the project "Modernization of Higher Education" with the participation of the International Development Association of the World Bank.
To date, within the framework of this project, Shbeeman Consulting's foreign experts are conducting trainings on quality assurance in HEIs in the field of "Internal Quality Assurance". These training sessions will be held on November 22-26 of this year in 6 HEIs selected within the framework of the project, and the visit of Shbeeman Consulting foreign expert Akim Emurli is planned.
Andjon machine-building Institute is among the 6 HEIs. Today, on November 25, training sessions were held in the main conference hall of the institute based on high international standards. The team formed by the institute took part in the training.
During the seminar training, the foreign expert of Shbeeman Consulting, Akim Emurli, made a detailed presentation about the project and its purpose, the application of the project to a higher education institution, and the result of its systematic implementation. Umrbek Jumaniyazov, the project's national consultant, also gave detailed information to the participants of the seminar about its importance.
In the framework of this project, in the future, the material and technical base of the institute and, therefore, the quality of education will be improved. It was said that this project is also implemented in the world's top universities. The project studies the problems in educational processes and eliminates them.
