On September 28, 2021, a roundtable discussion was held with female students studying at the Andijan machine-building Institute on the topic "What kind of role models should the leading wives of the future generation be in society and family". The roundtable discussion was attended by the adviser of the governor of Andijan region on women's issues, the 1st deputy head of the neighborhood and family support department M. Nizomova, the head of the Andijan region Sh. Kasimova and the health department of Andijan region. Gynecologist G. Bobojonovalar visited. The meeting was led by R. Yusupova, the chairman of the "Women's Advisory Council" of the institute.
In addition to giving insights into political processes and ongoing reforms in our country, during the roundtable discussion for our female students studying at the institute - young mothers and brides who will be future leaders and successors of the next generation, we also found solutions to problems in every field and the most urgent topics for positive resolution on the spot, prevention of family splits, bringing future generations into the world in a healthy environment for the sake of our country, and providing them with a decent education were highlighted.
Also, during the round discussion, the following were given by the visiting guests: "Life and work of famous Uzbek scientists", "Etiquette of a student girl", "Respect for national costumes", "How to be a polite student girl" to a number of questions on the topic of "need", positive and meaningful answers were given by female students. In the institute, explanations were given on issues such as the conditions created for women and their observance of etiquette (dressing etiquette, behavior culture, conversation culture on the "Mobile phone", greeting etiquette). Active women leaders of Andijan region and the "Women-Girls Advisory Council" of the institute will continue to organize roundtable discussions and meetings with female students studying at the institute.
