The Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the "Ulugbek" Foundation for the Support of Talented Youth organized the competition for the best article of the year "Talented Youth of New Uzbekistan". Winners of the year "Hydropneumodynamics" department of Andijan machine-building Institute Ph.D. (PhD) Sh.Sulaymonov and the 1st stage supporting doctoral student Kh.Makhammadjonov of the "Materials Science and Technology of New Materials" department were awarded.
