4.4 trillion soums will be allocated for the construction of student dormitories, and 50% of the rent will be covered by the state
The President announced that the Government program for students living in rented accommodation is being prepared.
Today, more than 130,000 students live in rented accommodation. From May 1, half of the rent will be covered by the state.
At the initial stage, 60,000 young people will be covered by this system. Also, these expenses are covered by the funds of goverment and universities for needy students. 100 billion soums will be allocated for this in the next academic year.
Also, 4.4 trillion soums will be allocated to the construction of new dormitories.
